By creating an account or using ChatNae (the app and chatnae.com), operated by Zeno, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use ChatNae.

You must give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Anonymous accounts are stored on one device. If you lose that device or delete the app without securing the account with a phone number, the account and its remaining messages can't be recovered.

Your gender is set once when you join and decides where you can post in boys-only or girls-only groups.

Message bundles are paid with mobile money. Each message to a star, and each group post after your daily free messages, uses one message.

Bundles are for use on ChatNae only, have no cash value, and are non-refundable once messages have been used, except where required by law. If a payment fails or messages aren't added, contact us.

Free daily group messages expire after 24 hours and don't carry over.

Stars (verified creators) receive a share of paid messages sent to them, as agreed with ChatNae, and can withdraw earnings to mobile money. Stars are independent and are not employees of ChatNae.

• Harassment, threats, hate or bullying
• Sexual content involving minors, or sexual content sent without consent
• Sharing other people's private information, including phone numbers
• Spam, scams, selling or advertising without permission
• Impersonating someone else
• Content outside Community's topics, or anything illegal

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give ChatNae permission to store and show it on the service so others can read it. Anonymous posts don't show your name to other users, but we can see who posted them to keep the service safe.

You can report or block anyone. Content reported by several users may be hidden until we review it.

We may update ChatNae and these Terms; we'll update the date above when we do. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

ChatNae is provided "as is". Views shared by users in Community or groups are their own, not ChatNae's, and aren't professional advice. To the extent allowed by law, ChatNae is not liable for indirect losses from using the service.
